Want to Book Carrie?
Carrie is available for many online events and interviews. She makes every effort to accommodate requests with smaller audiences when her schedule allows, though these opportunities are extremely limited. In-person appearances are also intentionally limited to support her family life and the circadian practices that are central to her work. Carrie Bennett is a clinician, educator, and one of the leading voices in circadian health. Standard Bio (~150 Words)
Best for podcast and other "live" introductions.
Carrie Bennett is a clinician, educator, and one of the leading voices in circadian health. For more than 20 years, she has explored a simple but profound question: What about modern life is making people so unwell?
Her journey into this work began with her own health struggles. Despite years of training in fitness and nutrition, she continued to experience insomnia, low energy, and chronic symptoms until discovering the profound influence that light, water, and our environment have on health. The changes she experienced transformed both her health and the direction of her work.
Today, she is known for making complex circadian science understandable and accessible to everyone. Through her educational programs and clinical practice, she helps people realign with nature and restore the signals their biology expects so they can improve their health, even if they’ve spent years trying countless other approaches.

Common Interview QuestionsÂ
- Why are so many people still struggling with their health despite having more information than ever before?
- Most health advice these days seems to blame “bad genetics,” suggests using a lot of supplements, or focuses on biochemistry (low or high iron, calcium, hormones, etc.). What is this missing and what is different about circadian health?
- You often say that "your body is not broken." What do you mean by that?
- Why do you believe our environment plays a much larger role in health than most people realize?
- Why do you describe health as a relationship with signals and information?
- What does it mean to say that the body is a light-powered, water-based quantum semiconductor?
- Why do you think so many people are afraid of the sun, and what are we getting wrong about sunlight?
- Why do some people still struggle with low energy, poor sleep, and chronic symptoms despite eating well and exercising?
- What is one health practice that is free, available to almost everyone, and dramatically underutilized?
- What does "true hydration" mean, and why is drinking more water often not the full answer?
- Why do you say that the body behaves more like an antenna than a machine?
- How has our increasingly indoor, technology-driven world changed the way our bodies function?
- What role do non-native EMFs and other forms of "chaotic information" play in human health?
- What simple changes can people make today that often have the biggest impact on how they feel and function?
- If someone feels overwhelmed by all the health advice online, where should they begin?
