About a Mentorship Subscription
The Mentorship tier is where practitioners learn directly with Carrie. As the former lead instructor of a certification program in Applied Quantum Biology, she brings years of clinical teaching experience and real-world application that cannot be learned from theory alone. This level serves as her dedicated professional mentorship environment, where she guides practitioners through case integration, applied training, and the option to complete an assessment for a certificate of completion. Weekly mentorship Q&As, practitioner-only trainings, and case-based discussions put you in direct dialogue with Carrie and in community with other professionals doing this work. This is where knowledge becomes clinical and professional skill, and where you are supported as a practitioner, not just a student.

Specifically, a Mentorship subscription includes:

• Carrie’s practitioner training course: Typically $1,500 sold separately, but as long as you are subscribed, you will have access to Carrie’s comprehensive practitioner training, the Practitioner Pyramid—a deep science-based program that helps you integrate quantum and circadian principles into your client practice and/or related business.

FAQs:

Can I cancel or join anytime?
Yes. Membership is month-to-month. You can cancel at any time in your account settings. If you join at a grandfathered rate, that rate is only valid while your subscription remains active.

What if I cannot attend Q&As or events live?
Everything is recorded and added to the searchable replay archive. You can watch anytime and search by topic, keyword, or even your name to jump directly to the timestamp where Carrie answered your questions (for Q&As).

What if Carrie’s sick, on vacation, or out on sabbatical?
Carrie observes normal time off, occasional sick days, and one planned summer sabbatical each year (about 4–5 weeks, typically around July). During her annual sabbatical, guest hosts lead Q&A sessions when possible, and you continue to have full access to the replay archive, course library, and searchable past sessions. She is also off on U.S. federal holidays and takes an extended winter break (usually mid-December through early January). If a live session must be missed due to illness or unexpected life events, her team will post an announcement in the community and will reschedule when possible. Membership access remains active during these times. Charges are not paused, and refunds are not issued, as your subscription includes the full archive, courses, and community platform. If needed, you are always free to cancel and return later.

Is this for beginners or advanced students?
Both. Newer members build foundations and revisit core principles. Long-time students use it for deeper application, nuance, and ongoing refinement.

What happens after I join?
The system automatically creates your account on Carrie’s Kajabi site and emails you instructions to set your password so you can log in, if you don’t already have your account set up. You’ll also get a welcome email with brief orientation instructions. There is no required order or rush to view anything once signed in — start where it feels most relevant.

What platform is this hosted on?
The community is hosted on Kajabi, not Facebook or social media. You can access it through a regular web browser or the Kajabi mobile app (iPhone or Android).

How do calls happen?
Live calls happen on Zoom (link inside the community once logged in). Replays are posted in the community within 24 hours of the session ending. Usually less.

Is this medical advice or a replacement for my doctor?
No. This community provides education and application of quantum and circadian health principles. It is not individualized medical care.
