A Clinician's Guide to Exclusion-Zone Water & Hydration

Hydration goes hand in hand with mindset and light, and includes the water they drink, EZ water, & minerals. Water in the body behaves very differently from what we were ever taught in classical biochemistry. Instead, water behaves like a battery, antenna, and conduit through which we can funnel energy and information. By understanding this aspect of our physiology, we can transform our clients' cells from dysfunctional to having adequate, healthy cellular voltage to run all their functions. Healing Mitochondrial Dysfunction in Our Clients

Mitochondria are both the main producers of our intracellular water and sensors of our environment. They both produce the energy we use to maintain healthy cellular voltage and respond to our internal and external environments by altering signaling pathways that regulate components such as DNA and the immune system. If your clients' mitochondria are dysfunctional, it is very likely that they are either already diagnosed with a disease or on their way to that diagnosis. So, by tending to mitochondria with a variety of healing modalities, we can transform clients from having sick, dysfunctional cells to cells that are thriving, with healthy voltage and optimal biophoton signaling for what they need to heal.

Redox, Drainage, & Detox Through the Quantum Lens

We live in a terribly polluted world. Unfortunately, however, when clinicians and health coaches push detoxification strategies on clients who don't yet have appropriate "redox" or open drainage pathways, we can unintentionally create more harm than good. So, in the quantum health world, we often say, "Redox Before You Detox," where "redox" means helping a client build a battery of charge throughout their cells that then supports mechanisms like detoxification, along with the physical aspect of how water helps our cells push toxins out. This means that if we can build redox, not only are we actually supporting detoxification, but we're supporting the energy required for detoxification. Along with open drainage pathways, this allows our clients' bodies to naturally eliminate toxins without forcing any specific detoxification protocol.

Optimizing Key Aspects of Metabolic Health

Discussion of metabolism in the modern world most often centers on "calories in, calories out," glucose, and ketones. While these may play a role in understanding metabolism, they completely ignore the primary roles of circadian signaling and leptin, our master hormone that signals our body's energy status. Doing so keeps our clients from truly healing from metabolic dysfunction. Since leptin issues precede insulin issues, they often precede challenges with energy metabolism, mood, and infertility. That being the case, this module will teach you how to track and optimize leptin in clinical practice, along with key strategies to coach appropriate leptin signaling—and therefore healthy metabolism—in your clients, as well as other approaches to optimize fat burning, such as healthy circadian fasting.

Availability
Carrie anticipates the assessment will be available in early 2026 (around February or March), though an exact date is not yet confirmed. All current purchasers will be notified once it is released.

Cost
We do not anticipate an additional fee. Access to the assessment will be included with purchase of the Practitioner Pyramid or an active Mentorship subscription.

Assessment Format (Planned)
The assessment will be hosted on a third-party platform designed for secure testing. It is expected to include:

• Approximately 50 randomized questions drawn from a large question bank
• Multiple-choice format, with some questions having more than one correct answer
• A time limit
• Up to three attempts to pass per person
• A passing score of 70% or higher

If you pass, you will receive immediate access to a Certificate of Completion in Applied Quantum and Circadian Health.

Important Note
This certificate represents educational achievement only and does not confer medical licensure, professional certification, scope-of-practice rights, or legal authority to diagnose or treat disease. It is the same type of "certification" you would receive upon graduating from the AQB program (mentioned in the FAQ below).

Carrie's business and the Institute of Applied Quantum Biology (IAQB, which you might also know as “QBC”) are two entirely different businesses.

She was the long-time lead instructor of the AQB program; her recorded lectures still make up much of the curriculum, and she continues to hold the program in high regard. However, she has decided to offer her own Mentorship/certification through this subscription.

Still, it is understandable and relevant to ask whether there are any core differences for you to be aware of.

The most honest answer is that it is not a clean “apples to apples” comparison. The two paths are structured differently, and what feels equivalent depends heavily on what you hope to gain.

Here are several key things to point out:

• Graduates from AQB receive a Certificate of Completion. Carrie also offers a Certificate of Completion to Mentorship subscribers who pass an assessment. Neither path (graduating AQB in and of itself or passing Carrie's assessment) provides medical licensure or a government-recognized certification. 
• AQB calls its certificate a "Certificate in Applied Quantum Biology," and Carrie calls hers a "Certificate in Applied Quantum and Circadian Health." Functionally, they are no different.
• However, graduating from the AQB program is the only path toward becoming Board Certified in "Applied Quantum Biology," should you choose to pursue it, and is administered through the American Naturopathic Medical Certification Board. This is not necessary for most practitioners, but if that specific credential is part of your long-term plan, it is an important factor to consider.
• While certification is granted at the end of the AQB program based on meeting certain criteria, you may take Carrie's assessment at any time you feel competent in the material.
• There are no subjects taught in the AQB curriculum that Carrie doesn't cover in the Practitioner Pyramid.
• Previously, Carrie led many of the live Q&As within AQB cohorts. She is no longer participating in live Q&As within that program. If you join her Mentorship community, however, she provides ongoing weekly support calls available as long as you remain subscribed. And, all completed calls are available to watch in the Archive at any time. Access to the Practitioner Pyramid is granted to members in her Mentorship community as long as they remain subscribed, and subscribing is the most cost-effective way to add lifetime access to the Practitioner Pyramid training course.
• Cost is another major difference, which you can look into on your own.

Purchasing these trainings is GREAT if you need to fill specific knowledge gaps that weren't addressed during the AQB program.

• Best to learn application for your own health: Take Carrie's public-facing courses. Her entire library of public courses is available to subscribers of her online community.
• Best to learn more technical explanations and how to use them in clinical practice: Take her on-demand practitioner trainings, the Practitioner Pyramid, sold on this page (the one you're on).

No qualifications are required to join Carrie's Mentorship community. You may do so at any time. In fact, joining that community will grant you access to these training modules for as long as you're subscribed. Purchasing here only allows you to keep access to the content "for life."
