How long is this protocol?
The protocol is ~14 pages, with the most important actions concentrated into 8-9 pages of clear, step-by-step guidance. This is intentional. It is designed to be quick to read, easy to reference, and focused on what actually moves the needle.

Is this a PDF download?
No. This is intentionally not a PDF. The protocol lives in a real-time Google Doc, so you always have access to the most current version if updates or refinements are made.

Do I need to buy special products or tools to use this?
Yes and no. Earthing outside is completely free and available to you at all times. But some tools can help maintain your connection when modern society gets in the way or when touching the Earth is more difficult (e.g., in Winter, when needing to wear shoes, etc.). So, while the primary recommendations in this protocol focus on free, readily accessible ways to get connected, you can start by applying many of them using what you already have, and many "supplemental" tools are linked to help in various circumstances.

Is this protocol safe to use long-term?
