I'm Carrie Bennett

For years, I struggled with persistent health issues despite looking healthy on the outside. I was a personal trainer and massage therapist, but I lived with joint pain, low energy, and a constant sense that something was off. After having my first child, insomnia set in. I was exhausted each day, but unable to sleep, and digestive issues soon followed.

Convinced that food held the answer, I earned a Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition. While nutrition helped to a point, it never fully resolved what I was experiencing. I began to question whether this was simply what aging looked like or part of being a busy parent. But I could not accept that explanation. Just because something is common does not mean it is normal.

Everything changed when I was introduced to circadian and quantum biology. For the first time, I understood how simple environmental signals like light shape how the body functions at a foundational level and affect everything from energy to sleep to hormones and more.

Working with these signals changed my health in ways traditional and even functional medicine never could. And as I began teaching this framework to others, I saw the same shifts happen again and again in them, too.
