I'm Carrie Bennett

For years, I dealt with persistent health issues despite looking healthy on the outside. I was a personal trainer and massage practitioner, yet I lived with joint pain, low energy, and a constant sense that something was off. After having my first child, insomnia set in fully. I was exhausted by the end of each day but unable to sleep. Digestion issues followed, and my health continued to unravel.

Convinced that food held the answer, I earned a Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition. While nutrition helped to a point, it never fully resolved what I was experiencing. I began to question whether this was simply what aging looked like, or whether feeling depleted and dysregulated was just part of being a busy parent. But I could not accept that explanation. Just because something is common does not mean it is normal.

Everything changed when I was introduced to circadian and quantum biology. For the first time, I understood how light, timing, water, and the environment shape how the body functions at a foundational level. I realized that no one had ever taught me how profoundly my light environment, mitochondrial health, and the signals coming from nature were influencing my energy, sleep, hormones, and overall resilience.

Working with these signals changed my health in ways nutrition alone never could. And as I began teaching this framework to others, I saw the same shifts happen again and again.

If any part of this feels familiar, I want you to know this: when the body receives the right signals at the right times, it has an incredible capacity to regulate, repair, and thrive. This challenge teaches you these primary signals.
