Transformation Race

This race is unlike any you’ve done before

What: A timed, one-mile race

happening twice (“before”

and “after” races on May 13th and June 17th).

Includes a guided training and nutrition program.

Why: The best way to transform

your body (burn fat and build

lean muscle) is to combine

short interval bursts of speed

with strength training and

key clean eating strategies.

By training for a mile utilizing speed training, strength training and fat-burning nutrition you will access the hormonal stimuli needed for a lean, fit physique.

When: May 13th - June 17th

Training sessions meet every Monday 5:30-6:15pm and Saturdays 9-9:45am

Sessions are led by Carrie Bennett, MS ACN and certified personal trainer

Where: Meet at Firehouse Fitness (in the Vine Neighborhood)

1104 S. Westnedge Ave, Kalamazoo, 49008

We will walk/run to various training places in the neighborhood to train

Cost: $99

Includes: The “before” and “after” races, all training sessions, nutrition program, race day t-shirt
