This class is a live, webinar-based class.
Each week will introduce a different and interesting webinar about a specific nutrition or lifestyle topic.
Topics are listed below. As you can see, there are 9 different topics.
YOU MUST ATTEND SEVEN (7) DIFFERENT WEBINARS IN ORDER TO GET CREDIT FOR THE CLASS.
I will be taking attendance at each webinar. There is no homework with this class.
Webinars will be recorded and posted to this web page in case you miss the live class. A recorded webinar can be watched as "make-up work" for the missed class in order to still receive credit but you must email or text me letting me know you have watched the recorded webinar so I can mark you for attendance.
Webinars will be held at the same time slot every week:
Mondays 4pm - 4:45pm EST (Class begins Monday, September 13th)
To access the webinar use either the Zoom link provided on this web page or the one provided via email. It will be THE SAME LINK for every webinar but the webinar topic will change each week.
